Official rules: Winners will be selected by a bear in a tuxedo who will review each submission and pick his favorite based on which ones make him laugh the hardest. We will inform the winners using the email provided in the submission. The submission deadline was 7/31/2016. Limited to US residents only who are 18 years and older. Not valid where prohibited.
